A manufacturing company in Guelph, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Toolroom Supervisor to lead the toolroom department. The ideal candidate will possess a certification as a Tool & Die Maker and have hands-on experience in leading and directing skilled workers in an automotive setting. This role involves enhancing the efficiency and quality of tooling output and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams and external partners.

The target salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000.
