Experienced Toolroom Supervisor Position

Take charge as a Toolroom Supervisor in our client’s automotive parts manufacturing facility. Focus on improving tooling effectiveness while mentoring skilled workers for maximum output.

This role is ideal for a Certified Tool & Die Maker with experience in leading talented individuals in a manufacturing context. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of tooling services while ensuring seamless communication across teams and with external partners to support operational goals.

• Guide and lead the toolroom workforce

• Focus on enhancing efficiency of tooling projects

• Communicate between cross-functional teams effectively

• Collaborate on tooling requirements with external partners

• Coach skilled workers to achieve department goals

Requirements:

• Certification in Tool & Die Making

• Previous supervisory experience in automotive industries

• Proven ability to lead and direct workers

• Knowledge of press operations is a plus

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
