Linamar Forklift Driver Position

Take on the role of Forklift Driver at Linamar, where you will operate forklifts to manage material handling in our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure efficient logistics and safe operations.

As a Forklift Driver, you will be tasked with moving, loading, and unloading materials, using forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining compliance with safety standards and ensuring materials are properly secured. This hands-on position requires a valid forklift certification and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts for efficient material movement

• Load and unload trucks with care

• Transport packing materials to production lines

• Properly stack and secure materials

• Keep accurate records of shipping and receiving info

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Forklift Certificate required

• 1-2 years operation experience in manufacturing

• Understanding of OSHA safety guidelines

• Strong attention to detail in material handling
