Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Mixer Operator will expertly blend spices and seasonings according to production specifications. You'll ensure product quality by accurately weighing ingredients and monitoring blending processes while upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mixing equipment to execute batch formulas

• Weigh and measure ingredients using scales and devices

• Verify batch numbers for accuracy and traceability

• Monitor mixing times and speeds for consistent quality

• Inspect blends for texture and aroma before packaging

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Forklift license or willingness to obtain

• Preferred experience in food manufacturing or spice blending

• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
