The CA Set-Up Coordinator is vital for managing setup layouts, ensuring that every production requirement is met. Candidates must possess knowledge in Millwright concepts, experience with Auto CAD, and a history of leading teams successfully. This role requires a commitment to meeting safety standards and promoting quality management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue setup packages to teams by shift
• Track and record long schedule setup times
• Conduct audits on nozzle inspections for rigor
• Monitor and requisition necessary setup components
• Follow all OHSA rules to maintain safety
Requirements:
• Strong Millwright knowledge and experience
• Competence in Auto CAD applications
• Experience in leading operational teams
• Certification in lift and boom truck operation
• A proactive approach to safety and mechanics
