Our client, a leading meat processing company, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Production and Packaging Teams. What’s the Job?

• Handle and process raw meat products in a refrigerated production environment.
• Package, label, and prepare products for distribution while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Perform general production duties, including sorting, trimming, and inspecting products.
• Work various shifts, including early morning starts as early as 5:30 AM, and overtime as required.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to work in a cold environment handling raw meat products for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends when required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety practices.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check prior to starting employment.
