IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting dependable and motivated individuals for a manufacturing client specializing in cylinder refurbishment. This is a hands‑on manufacturing opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, equipment, and mechanical components. The successful candidates will assist with the inspection, preparation, refurbishment, and reassembly of cylinders. Previous experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or equipment refurbishment is an asset, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer- Competitive hourly wage
- Afternoon shift:
Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM - Consistent full-time hours
- Hands‑on training and development
- Opportunity for long‑term employment
- Assisting with the disassembly of cylinders and related components.
- Cleaning and preparing cylinder components for refurbishment.
- Inspecting parts for wear, damage, and defects.
- Assisting with the repair and replacement of seals, components, and other parts as required.
- Supporting the reassembly of refurbished cylinders.
- Using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
- Following work instructions, quality standards, and established procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Working alongside team members to meet production and quality expectations.
- Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial experience is an asset.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good problem‑solving and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials as required.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- CSA‑approved safety footwear.
