Position: 360insights Client Marketing Manager Role

This individual-contributor role at 360insights involves partnering with clients to design and implement effective marketing initiatives for their incentive programs. You will take ownership of strategy and campaign delivery, while managing relationships in a fast-paced environment. This position allows you to lead projects, ensure they align with budget and compliance, and provide mentorship to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive marketing strategies for incentives

• Lead all aspects of campaign execution from start to finish

• Analyze campaign performance to inform future initiatives

• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders

• Mentor Marketing Coordinators to ensure project success

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, agency preferred

• Familiarity with CRM/email tools and analytics

• Demonstrated project management skills with attention to detail

• Experience creating strategic proposals and managing budgets

• Strong understanding of compliance-driven environments
