Director of Major Gifts at NHH Foundation

Shape the future of community healthcare with NHH Foundation as the Director of Major Gifts & Campaigns. Spearhead fundraising strategies and foster long-term donor relationships to ensure quality patient care.

In this full-time, permanent role, the Director will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for developing and executing major gift strategies to enhance hospital support. This includes leading capital campaigns, managing donor interactions, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve ambitious fundraising goals in West Northumberland County.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute major gift strategies to increase revenue

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key donors

• Lead capital campaign strategies and volunteer engagement

• Work closely with hospital leadership and board members

• Build customized engagement strategies to deepen donor relationships

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of major gift fundraising experience

• Proven ability to secure six- or seven-figure donations

• Experience with successful capital campaigns

• Exceptional relationship management skills

• Commitment to community healthcare advancement
