Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and monitor medical statuses
Support team members with clinical decision-making
Teach and supervise Personal Support Workers
Ensure documentation accuracy for patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements Registered Practical Nurse Diploma from accredited college
Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
Current B.C.L.S. and Medication Certificate
Experience in Acute Medicine settings
Solid communication and organizational skills
