Lakeridge Health is seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse to join the Ambulatory Hemo In Centre. This role requires a diploma from an accredited college and registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
• Use nursing processes for comprehensive patient care
• Participate in Health Care and Nursing Teams
• Maintain and update nursing records diligently
• Travel between Lakeridge Health sites as required
• Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma from a community college
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Acute Care settings
• Current B.C.L.S. certification
• Commitment to continuing education in nursing practices
• Proven organizational and communication skills
