Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and monitor medical statuses
- Support team members with clinical decision-making
- Teach and supervise Personal Support Workers
- Ensure documentation accuracy for patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Registered Practical Nurse Diploma from accredited college
- Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current B.C.L.S. and Medication Certificate
- Experience in Acute Medicine settings
- Solid communication and organizational skills
