• Administer critical care nursing services effectively
• Maintain and manage nursing health records accurately
• Engage with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and safety programs
• Exhibit leadership in supervisory nursing roles when required

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Recent critical care nursing experience
• Data management and patient care documentation skills
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to physically assist patients as needed
