Float Pool Registered Nurse

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Float Pool, you will report directly to the Patient Care Manager at the ICU. This role demands recent experience in Critical Care and a commitment to professional nursing practices. You will maintain nursing records and work collaboratively with the Health Care Team to ensure a high standard of patient care at both sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care in a critical setting

• Maintain and document nursing records accurately

• Participate in the Resource Pool Nursing Team

• Utilize critical assessment and monitoring skills

• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and quality standards

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Recent Critical Care or Emergency experience

•

B.Sc.N. and A.C.L.S. preferred

• Critical Care Nursing Certificate completion

• Strong communication and organizational skills
