Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a part-time Registered Practical Nurse to join the team. This role emphasizes your clinical skills and nursing standards as you administer medications and assess resident conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident care following nursing standards and physicians' orders

• Assess, develop and evaluate individual resident care plans

• Organize and direct restorative and palliative care activities

• Supervise and evaluate nursing and personal care staff

• Complete required observations and report changes in resident health

Requirements:

• Current certificate of competence from College of Nurses of Ontario

• Registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario

• Current First Aid and BLS Certification

• Strong knowledge of health care practices and infection control

• Effective communication skills with a commitment to senior care
