As a Critical Care RN, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional patient care within the LHB/LHO Critical Care Float Pool. This role requires you to actively engage with the healthcare team, uphold nursing standards, and maintain accurate health records. Your skills in critical thinking, assessment, and communication will be utilized daily to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize nursing processes for patient care excellence

• Participate in the Resource Pool Nursing Team

• Maintain nursing records per hospital protocols

• Demonstrate effective assessment and monitoring skills

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Recent Critical Care/Intensive Care experience

• Cardiac rhythm interpretation skills

• Completion of Critical Care Nursing Certificate preferred

B.Sc.N. and A.C.L.S. preferred
