Position: Critical Care Registered Nurse Lakeridge Health
Elevate patient care in a full-time Critical Care Float Nurse position at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa and Ajax-Pickering. Join a dedicated team focusing on exceptional nursing practices and patient outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Float Pool, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and participating as a member of the Resource Pool Nursing Team. This role requires competence in critical care and nursing processes, where adherence to hospital policies and maintaining patient health records are essential. Participate in a collaborative environment that values your skills across multiple critical care programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care utilizing nursing processes

• Maintain accurate health records according to policy

• Collaborate with the Health Care Team and Nursing Team

• Assume charge/supervisory roles as needed

• Participate in continuous professional development

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Recent Critical Care/Intensive Care experience required

• Completion of Critical Care Nursing Certificate preferred

• BScN and ACLS certifications preferred

• Effective communication and critical thinking skills
