Position: Lakeridge Health Practical Nurse Role

Lakeridge Health is hiring two Registered Practical Nurses for a six-month temporary assignment focused on delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, implementing care strategies, and administering treatments as per medical directives.

Your role will involve ensuring infection control and practicing patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized patient care plans

• Administer medications and treatments responsibly

• Maintain infection control standards during patient interaction

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing from an accredited school

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current B.C.L.S. certification

• Experience in an Oncology or Nephrology setting is advantageous
