Key Responsibilities:
• Offer expert nursing care to forensic psychiatric patients
• Collaborate as part of a dedicated interprofessional team
• Lead in charge nurse capacities when designated
• Model recovery-focused approaches in all care regions
• Document assessments and clinical interventions accurately
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Familiarity with mental health nursing standards and legislation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts and meet physical demands
