Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on nursing procedures with the Registered Nurse
• Maintain communication with external healthcare partners
• Direct and guide Personal Support Workers on care delivery
• Report resident status changes during shifts
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and practices
Requirements:
• Active Certificate of Competence from the nursing college
• Familiarity with long-term care laws and practices
• Background in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
• Strong ability to communicate with healthcare teams
• Current good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
