This role requires providing nursing care in a dynamic environment, heavily focused on Mental Health. Candidates must maintain competence and professionalism, uphold nursing records, and be an active member of the Health Care and Nursing Teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care using nursing processes
• Participate actively in nursing and health care teams
• Maintain accurate nursing records for all patients
• Uphold professional standards in nursing practice
• Engage in continuous education to stay current
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 2 years in Inpatient Mental Health
• Current BCLS certification
• Completion of the Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behaviour Program
• BScN Degree required
