Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Care Plans for patients

• Provide nursing services in-home, clinics, and schools

Requirements:

• RN or RPN degree in nursing

• Current CNO registration in good standing

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• CPR Certification and current immunization record
