Make a difference in clients' lives as a Registered Nurse with VHA Home Health Care. Focusing on adult patients, you will provide critical in-home nursing services tailored to individual needs.
VHA Home Health Care is seeking two Registered Nurses for its Adult Visiting program in the Durham area. In this role, you'll administer complex nursing care, offer mental health support, and maintain rigorous care plans. Ensuring compliance with the College of Nurses of Ontario, you will be crucial in delivering quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care plans tailored to individual needs
• Regularly reassess and document patient health outcomes
• Work collaboratively during team meetings to enhance care
• Follow CNO documentation standards rigorously
• Be available for standby/on-call nursing support
Requirements:
• Registered and in good standing with CNO
• Degree or diploma in nursing from a recognized institution
• Experience in medical-surgical or acute care preferred
• Current CPR or First Aid certification
• Consistent attendance and strong critical thinking skills
