Position: Registered Practical Nurse Role Lakeridge Health
Become a key player in patient care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa. This part-time position includes flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

In the Medicine program within the Rehab ISU, your role will focus on providing high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs. You will adhere to the latest infection control practices while facilitating patient education and communication throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient care requirements

• Administer treatments and medications as required

• Observe and enforce strict infection control protocols

• Effectively interact with patients and medical staff

• Participate in ensuring a safe healthcare environment

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program

• Current B.C.L.S. certification necessary

• Demonstrated nursing skills and experience

• Excellent organization and communication abilities
