As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide essential evaluations, care coordination, and support for clients in various environments, including homes and retirement homes. Your expertise in nursing practices and effective communication will play a crucial role in promoting safety and quality care. This position requires a flexible schedule and participation in a bi-weekly weekend rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patient care plans
• Evaluate care interventions and outcomes
• Document client activities according to CNO standards
• Support safe client care aligned with quality improvement
• Participate in standby/on-call rotation
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma from a recognized college
• Valid First Aid or CPR certification
• Experience in acute care nursing is an asset
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
