Join Kiihealth as an Occupational Health Nurse, delivering crucial health services in the Greater Toronto Area, ON.
Your role involves promoting employee health through assessments and wellness programs.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational health services, including the management of health programs and direct employee support. You'll oversee case management for work claims and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans. Flexibility in working hours allows you to manage your schedule effectively while primarily working onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee occupational health claims and documentation
• Manage employee health records and medical surveillance
• Coordinate return-to-work initiatives for injured workers
• Participate in wellness program leadership and education
• Conduct health assessments and emergency response care
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse license from CNO
• 3-5 years of nursing experience required
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing preferred
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Strong understanding of workplace health regulations
