As an essential component of our healthcare team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will collaborate closely with the Director of Care to ensure high standards of nursing care. You will be responsible for implementing care plans, monitoring resident health, and preparing facilities for assessments. This casual position requires effective time management and collaboration with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly oversee resident care according to established standards
• Monitor vital signs and health status of residents
• Conduct assessments and manage care plan development
• Mentor nursing staff and oversee performance
• Facilitate Facility operations in the absence of Director
Requirements:
• Current certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong health care practice knowledge
• Provide a negative vulnerable sector check
