You will be responsible for implementing care plans, monitoring resident health, and preparing facilities for assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee resident care according to established standards

• Monitor vital signs and health status of residents

• Conduct assessments and manage care plan development

• Mentor nursing staff and oversee performance

• Facilitate Facility operations in the absence of Director

Requirements:

• Current certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong health care practice knowledge

• Provide a negative vulnerable sector check
