The Village of Taunton Mills is looking for a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse for part-time work within retirement. In this role, you will work 30 hours bi-weekly on a rotating schedule, including night shifts and weekends. Key responsibilities include administering medication safely, following care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Administer medications focusing on accuracy and quality

• Collaborate during weekly rounds to update care plans

• Advocate for residents and participate in care decisions

• Support residents and families through end-of-life care

Requirements:

• Valid CPR certification and nursing registration

• Experience with dementia and palliative care will be an asset

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks

• Understanding of long-term care sector regulations
