Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional nursing care to residents
• Support resident assessment and implementation of care plans
• Provide guidance and support to Care Workers
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents
• Ensure residents enjoy fulfilling daily experiences
Requirements:
• Certificate from College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• Genuine interest in nursing and resident care
• Ability to work part time during night shifts
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
