You'll work with in a multidisciplinary team at designated sites to promote healthy aging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient progress

• Conduct vital sign assessments for diverse patients

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care

• Accurately document and maintain health records

• Assist with medical equipment setup and monitoring

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Valid RPN Diploma from an accredited college

• Recent clinical experience in a medical-surgical setting

• B.C.L.S. certification

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
