Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, maintaining health records, and providing vital education to patients and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct physical assessments and patient care tasks
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Engage in patient education and expected outcomes
• Keep detailed health records and documentation
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Active nursing registration with the College of Nurses
• Diploma in Practical Nursing from a recognized college
• Recent experience in medical-surgical nursing required
• Certification in B.C.L.S. and ability to enroll in Coronary Care I
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
