Para Med Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Practical Nurse to perform scheduled community visits and deliver high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes. You will assess needs, implement and adjust care plans, and maintain accurate records while building trusting relationships with patients.
Valid CNO registration as an RPN is required, with a valid driver's license and flexibility for travel within a designated area.
