This role targets candidates with 1-2 years in OSD manufacturing or 5 years in general pharmaceuticals. You will manage GMP documentation and work closely with clients and regulatory stakeholders. Your troubleshooting skills will be crucial as you navigate technical inquiries and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site technical SME for assigned clients

• Generate and maintain GMP technical documents and reports

• Act as the direct contact for clients and auditors

• Support active initiatives and manage documentation handovers

• Collaborate with technical writers on project needs

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of OSD experience or 5 years in GMP roles

• Strong knowledge of OSD unit operations

• SAP proficiency is required

• Excellent client-facing communication skills

• Ability to confidently support external stakeholders
