Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for product quality on the plant floor
• Interface with customers regarding quality actions
• Perform data-driven trend analysis for improvements
• Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
• Implement quality systems and analyze E-coat processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience in an automotive setting (3-5 years)
• Solid grasp of PPAP and quality metrics
• Competency with statistical analysis and tools
• Willingness to travel as necessary
