This position is key to ensuring product quality and supporting Voltava’s mission of customer satisfaction. You are expected to manage quality inspections, assist with audits, and train Team Members on best practices. Working closely with leadership, you will identify quality gaps and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality inspections on components and products
• Monitor and communicate quality performance metrics
• Support audits and implement corrective actions
• Coach Team Members on quality practices and standards
• Track quality records to foster continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in quality control or assurance
• Experience in automotive sectors preferred
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset
