Concierge; AutoPlanet Durham

Position: Concierge (AutoPlanet Durham)
Location: Clarington

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

Greet people coming into the dealership, direct them to the appropriate contact and determine the nature of their visit.

Answers basic customer inquiries.

Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a Sales Manager.

Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.

Serves as telephone back-up.

Serves as clerical back-up.

Maintains professional appearance.

Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.

Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.

Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.

Other duties as required by management.

What do you need to succeed?

Minimum 1 year of administration experience and strong computer skills required.

Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.

Merchandising experience is an asset.

Job Type: Part Time - Permanent Compensation (expected hourly wage):$17.60 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
