As an Operations Manager at JYSK, your primary responsibility will be to protect company assets and minimize losses through effective loss prevention measures. You'll work directly with the store management team to encourage adherence to company values while ensuring a high standard of customer service. Key duties include overseeing inventory counts and implementing procedures for opening and closing the store securely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to loss prevention and key control policies
• Perform regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Coordinate weekly ordering to ensure product availability
• Implement security checks during store openings and closings
• Promote the company's values among the team
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
