Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service to meet customer needs

Supervise floral personnel in the absence of Produce Manager

Process floral orders

Receive floral orders

Design and create floral products

Merchandise floral displays

Analyze and control shrink

Maintain accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures

Adhere and implement all applicable company standards

Perform administrative duties as required

Requirements

Floral Design Training

Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Above average communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills including attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi‑task

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to design and create floral products

High School Diploma

Minimum three years of experience in floral design at a retail level
