Hours:
6 hours per shift; alternating daily schedules; one person per shift, two shifts per day
Monday‑Friday Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Monday‑Friday Shift 2: 2:45 PM – 8:45 PM
Saturday‑Sunday Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM
Saturday‑Sunday Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Engage with Costco members to introduce and promote dessert product with a daily sales KPI target.
Deliver product knowledge in a clear, compelling, friendly manner.
Drive sales by explaining product value, benefits, and usage occasions.
Maintain a clean, attractive, fully stocked demo station throughout the day.
Track daily sales and report results to team lead/manager.
Represent brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service required.
Outgoing, approachable, comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team toward sales target in a fast-paced retail environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
