FIKA seeks an experienced Retail Experience Lead to supervise retail operations in a flagship location. This position involves opening, closing, and maintaining store standards while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Candidates should have strong customer service and retail knowledge to guide a team effectively and handle any operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the retail store, managing alarms securely
• Greet and assist customers while modeling exemplary conduct
• Provide high customer service, suggesting new products
• Train team members and ensure their ongoing education
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
• 2 years of retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Clear criminal record and provincial cannabis certification
• Proven cash management experience
• Familiarity with sales software and quick adaptability
