Lead the customer experience at Indigo as a Customer Experience Leader (CEL). Embrace change, support your team, and create exceptional experiences across all store channels.
As part of the Store Leadership Team, your primary responsibility is to enhance store operations and uphold a customer-centric culture. You will lead daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while inspiring your team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Store Leadership team to foster a customer-focused culture
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing
• Ensure team awareness of products, promotions, and programs
• Support planning, prioritization, and execution of team tasks
• Maintain health and safety standards while managing loss prevention
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service, merchandising, or operations
• Proven experience leading teams effectively
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
