In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their shopping journey r analytical skills will play a key role in recommending products that fit customer needs. You will maintain product displays, manage orders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the store's product expert for both customers and staff
• Conduct sales activities that align with customer requirements
• Keep store shelves stocked and merchandise visually appealing
• Manage the order process, from entry to fulfillment
• Deliver excellent customer service through RONA programs
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar sales position is preferred
