As an Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee checkout and warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency in daily tasks. Collaborating across teams, you will monitor sales and operational programs, proactively addressing any issues impacting customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee checkout and warehouse operations for efficiency
• Ensure smooth collaboration between day and night teams
• Monitor service and sales program execution
• Address operational issues to maintain service levels
• Interview and lead a supportive team in assigned area
Requirements:
• 5 years of retail management experience
• 1 year in manager-on-duty responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with store computer systems
