Deliver exceptional customer service as a Sales Associate in Print & Services at our Whitby location. Engage customers while enhancing their shopping experience and satisfaction through informed recommendations.
At our store in Whitby, you will play a key role in the Print & Services department. Your responsibilities include utilizing our selling model, fulfilling customer orders, and performing in-store print production. Collaborate with team leaders to meet sales and growth targets while maintaining health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance satisfaction
• Utilize selling model to inform product recommendations
• Handle transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Fulfill customer orders and manage print intake processes
• Maintain merchandising standards and accurate inventory control
Requirements:
• 3 months to 1 year retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team
