Elevate store performance as a full-time Stage Experience Lead with Sephora. Oversee Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare departments while ensuring exceptional client service.
In this pivotal role at Sephora, the Stage Experience Lead leads various sales floor areas, supported by a team dedicated to executing the company’s sales model. You'll be responsible for training staff, responding to client feedback, and ensuring in-store events meet client needs. Regular feedback and coaching are crucial to maintain high performance levels within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure team executes the Sephora selling model effectively
• Support training for Client Interactive Technology
• Assist with in-store events to achieve sales goals
• Coach team on performance management and feedback
• Analyze store sales performance and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a similar retail role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build and develop effective teams
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
• Experience with client service and interaction
