Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Deli Department in delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Collaborate on strategies that drive business performance

• Mentor staff to ensure ongoing development and success

• Oversee product quality, ordering, and inventory processes

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of management experience in a deli or retail setting

• Completion of food handling certifications required

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities

• Able to work varied hours including nights and weekends

• English fluency required, French an asset
