As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will provide direct merchandising support to retail partners, ensuring that products meet shopper needs. This role calls for individuals with 1-2 years of merchandising or planogram experience and requires early scheduling Monday through Thursday without weekend shifts.
Your role is pivotal in training support and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and build eye-catching displays and end caps
• Reset shelves to enhance store presentation and sales
• Utilize your smartphone to document work post-shift
• Assist with team training and reporting tasks
• Travel locally to various assigned retail locations
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of related merchandising experience
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physical duties
• Consistent transportation to work locations required
• Available for early shifts, Monday to Thursday
• Strong attention to detail necessary
