Drive retail sales at Claire’s through customer engagement, accessory upselling, and trend-focused styling while creating confident shopping experiences.
As a Sales Associate, you will represent Claire’s products and services while supporting store operations. The work combines customer service, sales goals, piercing training, visual merchandising, and social media awareness. You will help customers discover accessories that match their style and needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver customer experiences that support sales goals
- Upsell accessories and promote current offers
- Complete piercing training and provide aftercare education
- Maintain organized displays and inventory
- Support deliveries, promotions, and visual merchandising
- Operate a Point of Sale system efficiently
- Demonstrate patience and empathy during piercings
- Communicate strongly verbally and in writing
- Stand during scheduled shifts and lift 11–35kg
- Show passion for fashion and current trends
