Midway Nissan, a proud member of Drive Autogroup, is looking for a skilled Pre-owned Brand Ambassador. With a minimum of one year in sales, specifically in automotive, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and product expertise. This role requires effective communication, problem resolution skills, and a collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service through skilled communication
• Keep updated on product lineup and technology
• Demonstrate vehicles professionally for customers
• Conduct follow-ups to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Report on sales objectives and strategies to management
Requirements:
• At least one year of sales experience in the auto industry
• Clean driving record and valid Ontario license
• OMVIC license required
• Must be flexible for weekend shifts
• Computer literacy and experience with CRM tools a plus
