RESPONSIBILITIES
:

· Quality check and control of in-progress work orders

· Assign work orders to contractors once QA has been completed

· Track work orders from beginning to end to ensure compliance with program requirements

· Revising work orders with any changes required after initial audit

· Communication regarding outstanding work orders

· Assisting with process of invoice packages

· Prepare and set up new contractors in the program

· Handling contractor and customer issues and escalating when necessary

REQUIREMENTS
:

· Good organization skills

· High level of attention to detail

· Ability to manage day-to-day tasks with ease and independence

· Microsoft program experience an asset

· Strong in verbal, written and visual communication

· Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
